Dr. Meena Shah is a healthcare consultant and health & life coach. She is the Founder &CEO of Medico-Media - a Health & media company. She is also the Founder of Namaste LIFE, an NGO dedicated to positive health awareness and training. Her motto is “Health by Choice, not by Chance”

Dr.Meena Shah Has Reached Over 50 Million People Through Her Unique Initiatives Of Open House Programs, Training, Master Training Of The Trainers Workshops For School Teachers, Village Healthcare Teams, and Peer Leaders In Corporates Etc.

She conducted More Than 3,500 POSITIVE HEALTH For Over 375 Corporate Clients Across India.

Health Education is her passion. To achieve this, she develops leadership in society. She trains teachers, in-house wellness leaders in corporate, healthcare teams in slums, village doctors, etc.

She touched the hearts of every age: from school children to the corporate world, retired people to the young generation through her style of education.
